Leadership Training

The eleven board members, each elected at conservancy regional levels by regional committees which is a representation of villages within Nasaru area forms the conservancy board of trustees which acts as the supervisory body of the conservancy. As part of capacity building in Governance of the Conservancy, all Board members and senior management team (7 men, 4 women and CEO) have undergone a Governance and Leadership training
