The achievements we have made
We are Taking Small Steps to Make Earth Better Planet
One of the serious issues faced by the Amboseli-Tsavo region is co-existing peacefully between people and wildlife and it is the biggest undertaking that we as Nasuru Olosho are currently aiming to balance. Below is what we have currently achieved in the region as a conservancy
A significant number of people from the 15,000 landowners benefiting from Nasaru-Olosho conservancy-funded development projects since 2020
Proposed designated Conservation area of 684km2
Merueshi, Kiboko, Mbuko and Olkarkar. The area maintains large open savannahs of beautiful landscape, forests and extensive shrub land while being home to approximately 15,000 residents, 19 centres, head of cattle, 15 churches, 27 schools and 1 health clinic.
